I tried with PPJoySetup-0.8.4.5-early-release.exe and it wasn´t able to create the virtual Joystick.
Now I am testing vJoy_x86x64_I011112.exe and it looks like I have more or less the same problem.
After the installation in Windows 7 x64 in TESTMODE (I can see the text in the right button corner) and a few reboots, still I cannot create new virtual Joystick.
I enclosed my install log where I see a few strange things (or errors)

I tried to force this device to be HID-compliant consumer game controller (it works but no new joystick show up in 'Devices and Printers Panel)
I have a 'vJoy Device' devices under 'Human Interfaces Devices' working without showing any error.
So.. I need help to fix that because I don´t know what else I could try.
