Have a husqvarna Vapenfabriks A.270 Winch. Serial number 124401 and was wondering the market value of the gun. Answered by a verified Firearms Expert. This is a husqvarna vapenfabriks ab model hi-power bolt action rifle in caliber 270 win with a 3x9 redfield scope. Badhaai ho free watch. The bore is bright and shiny very nice and the bluing is in good condition with some ware to it. The barrel is 24' and the lop is 13-5/8'. The stock stock is in good shape with some handling marks and dings its been hunted a bit. AB; BC; SK; Forum; Search; Post Gun; Husqvarna Vapenfabriks.270 Win. Olds › Guns › Ad# 458803.  I tried to find some history for you in the gun Blue Book. There are too many models beginning in the 50's 
If you can find a model number on it, I will post the results if you are interested..

- .220 Swift, .270 Win., or .30-06 cal., Mauser type action, open sights, checkered beech wood. Mfg. 1946-51, early models found in 6.5x55mm, 8x57Rmm, 9.3x57mm cals.

- similar to Hi-Power, except high profile stock.
They are all in the $700 - $1000 range.
I appreciate that IXLR8. The only markings on the barrel are Husqvarna Vapenfabriks A.B. .220 Swift, the barrel proof stamp, and the serial number. Other than that, I cannot find a single other marking. However, I did some reading and researching on some collector boards and from what I understand, it is most likely a model 1000 or 1100 due to the Monte Carlo stock. Also, it looks like this one may have been made around 1953 or so based on some very close serial numbers I found on another site. I could be dead wrong though. Husqvarna 270 Rifle Value
